Bank Mandiri Dili’s ongoing General Manager is Hari Nugroho Sujiono, who took over the position since July 2022.

Mandiri Dili employs more than 100 timorese staffs which most of them were recruited from local university students and graduates in Timor-Leste. Every year, a number of staffs are sent to Indonesia to participate in various Banking, Finance, Management, and Leadership courses provided by Mandiri University.

When there is opening position for staffs, Mandiri Dili will announce job vacancy through newspapers in Timor-Leste. Interested applicants may submit their application letter and CV to the Main Branch at Colmera, Dili.
